Stayed here in the past and it's the perfect location. Staff is friendly and helpful. We didn't stay for breakfast this time but it's generally just a grab and go which is helpful when you need to get on the road at early.

Location is the best: just cross the street and you are on a very nice beach. Just go outside your room and there's a nice little place to eat (can't remember the name, but you can't miss it).

Great little place for two days. I got first level full oceanfront room and it was perfect for 1-2 people. Front desk was very friendly checking in and the room was clean. Coffee and bagels in the morning are complimentary. Will definitely be back when working in the area again.

The interactions with staff are super lovely and my rooms are always super clean and cozy to stay in. I will always highly recommend staying here if ever someone is going out to the area! We had a very CLEAN room that had our bed facing the beach with a full view. Everything we needed for a one night getaway. Mini fridge and microwave. We were checked in by a very nice, super professional woman, and checked out by a super friendly man who wanted to be sure we had a good stay! Full beach view to Scarborough Beach is the best!

The ocean was visible from the room. I was there in the winter and weather was not conducive to walks on the beach but I’m sure it is lovely in warmer weather. The Spain Restaurant was just down the road a couple miles and was excellent. The staff very nice and helpful. The restaurant was recommended by a staff member.
