We stayed at the Soho Hotel for 2 nights and were upgraded to a Luxury Room. The room was a great size, big bathroom with separate shower, huge king size bed and the best stocked mini bar I've seen. The furnishings were luxurious and comfortable. It was the little touches that make it 5 star, a welcoming note from the manager, bottles of water left next to the bed with a note from housekeeping. Every time we called for something, such as an ironing board, it was there within a few minutes. ...
