"The property manager was very responsive to all questions! The unit was very spacious, and had everything we needed. It’s a little further out walking wise from Duval, but quick drive or bike ride. We traveled with two kids, and it was great place to stay with family! Would definitely stay again!"

"Location is amazing! Condo was great, basically had everything we needed to cook, but could have had a few more pots/pans (were foodies so we cook a lot) but we made due and got by. Pool and hot tub was great! The covered parking was nice helped keep the car cool so we didn’t sweat our butts off when we went out. Litterally walked across to the beach an snorkeled for 3 hours! Sunsets were spectacular! Close to town. Overall decor could use some updating, but that’s just an opinion, the beds were super comfortable and the view was spectacular! Our host was awesome, great communication! Would definitely stay here again, and have already had friends ask us for the listing! "

"Check in was a breeze. Close to the airport, took a cab and then rented bikes for the week. The view from the balcony was second to none. Short bike ride to anywhere. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was well supplied. The kitchen and guest bathroom shower were all new. TV in every room. Gated resort. "
