The room was clean, quiet, and private. The staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants and places to visit. The landscaping was amazing, including the pool which was well maintained and centrally located. We would definitely recommend staying at the Douglas House.

The Douglas House is a beautiful and quiet place with a beautiful and calming garden . The staff are very friendly and helpful . The rooms are very comfortable with a kitchen and a very nice working air conditioner. I highly recommend the Douglas House and would stay here again in the future.

The location is perfect. The unit was clean and very nice. They cleaned and restocked our unit daily which is always very nice. The staff was attentive to all our needs and responded to all our questions quickly. I highly recommend this property and plan to return soon.

This was our fourth stay at Douglas House in Key West. We love this place! The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. They coordinate our scooter rentals and are there to help with any other needs. The grounds are beautiful and serene, gated off with tropical landscape and pool making it a private oasis right off of Duval Street. Our rooms are always very clean with all the amenities we need. They even offer complimentary coffee, tea, and juices every day. We really enjoy staying here and will continue to be customers! Great job Douglas House!

Literally a few meters from Duval Street - the centre of activity in Key West - the hotel was ideally situated. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was excellent too, just be aware that there are a couple of flights of stairs to access it, so wouldn’t suit the infirm. Would happily stay there again.
