The Conch house was a treasure to stay at. We loves the staff, the room, the historical preservation, the story of Sam's family and the guests we met. Best of all, we took Mass across the street on Sunday in open air, walked to the beach and the Marina many times. We'll be back. A very Happy Valentine's indeed.

The Conch House is AMAZING!! Beautiful room with outside porch. Food and service were excellent and the location is right in the heart of the action. The only downside is the street below is very noisy, especially in the evening into late night.

Absolutely Fabulous!

This is an absolutely wonderful and impeccable B&B in the heart of Old town Key West. 10/10. The staff was lovely - super friendly and very attentive. The room was very clean, charming and we had an amazing balcony "veranda" overlooking Truman Avenue. I cannot say enough good things about the Conch House Heritage Inn. We will definitely be back.

This property was outstanding in every way. Our bedroom was really lovely and had everything you could possibly want; ie: very pretty bed linen, fridge, ice bucket, coffee percolator, ceiling fan, good air conditioning unit, armchair, tv, pool towels etc etc. The breakfast was very good, choice of mimosa, coffee, tea with a good selection of pastries and fruit. Swimming pool was a good size. Very good location with a few minutes walk to Duval Street. Would love to stay here again and would definitely highly recommend to others.

My wife and I stayed here for our 16th anniversary and found this place to be much more enjoyable than we expected. We love staying at historic inns when we take trips, and this place may have been the nicest, most well kept that we’ve had the pleasure of staying at. The location is perfect; easy walking distance anywhere, and if you prefer to reach farther areas, they have bike rental for a fair price. The morning breakfast is served to you by the staff while you sit out on their relaxing pool area. It was very enjoyable every morning. The room we stayed in had its own private balcony overlooking Truman avenue. If you decide to book this inn, which I highly recommend, look into getting the veranda room. It was beautiful.
