"The staff made our stay very enjoyable. Room was nice. Bathroom left much to be desired. And the shower leaked terribly. We had to use our towels to clean the pool of water from the floor that would build up from the large gaps around the shower door. We had a nice balcony. Bed was very comfy. Also had a mini fridge which was also nice. "

"The room is clean and well designed. Feels modern especially the bathroom. It has a nice pool and very comfy and cozy. Nobody bothers you and its quiet. Room service is nice. All hotels in keywest feel like motels by the entrance from outside including this one but... dont be fooled, this has a hilton feel. Plus its practical for the keywest vibe where you come back wasted or wet from the beach, you dint have to see everyone in lobby. Its really nice for real. "

"Great location. Cute cottage and the pool was literally at our foot steps. The pool was vacant most of the time and clean which was great as well. A few things I would call out is the fan in the bed room makes a bit of noise, the TV situation was a bit bothersome. No cable and too many controls to figure out which one to use and lastly the front door lock was a bit tricky but other than that we loved our stay and would definitely consider staying again. "

"The property was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was shocked when I checked out, though. I got a very high bill. I was not aware that there was a per day charge to keep a car there and I (perhaps foolishly) expected the amenities to be included in the cost of the room, not charged on a daily basis. The only amenity I used was the pool. For the money I spent, a microwave in my room would have been nice. "
