This was our second time staying at Island City House hotel. We absolutely love it here! The staff are amazing from the front desk to the housekeepers. The beautiful tropical setting is so serene and relaxing. The pool is awesome after a long day of bopping around Key West or a long night of barhopping. it’s so convenient to have the kitchenette and comfortable to have a living room and porch. We recommend this property very highly to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of Key West!

This place was very convenient. We had one minor incident that was handled immediately. They cleaned and restocked our room daily. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Cigar house and were pleasantly surprised how clean and quiet our room and the whole property was. It was nice to take a dip in the pool after a long day of sightseeing. It was very convenient to be able to rent bikes from the hotel which made it much easier and faster to get around Key West. The Staff was friendly and helpful, when I mentioned our door lock was sticking to our room, they had it fixed by the time we returned that evening, they called and left a message to let me know I needed to pick up the new keys at the office. When we go back to Key West we will definitely try to book with them again. We highly recommended Island House Hotel Cigar house!

Amazing location between Duval street and Mallory square being in a quiet neighborhood but close to most places. Beautiful grounds and room was even better than shown on pictures. Wonderful customer service and very attentive. Would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Key West and would suggest it to anyone❤️
