"Love this place. Love the grounds, the rooms, and the pool. Minor criticism, Water heater in my room did not work in the evening. There was no Staff on site, Had to do multiple phone calls with an after hours person to arrange maintenance. Maintenance worker showed up almost 2 hours later, did something, but no hot water until the next morning. On-Site Staff would have been helpful."

Couple things to note, there isn’t any staff or lobby at the hotel for cream for coffee, questions etc. no room service for towels bedding refresh.
