I love this place! Beautifully decorated, slightly quirky, rather eclectic little place with beautifully appointed rooms overlooking a garden and a small valley. The most lovely and helpful staff imaginable. Great location close to the historic centre and about 2 minutes walk from the train station. This is my second stay here and I'll happily come back. Highly recommended.

A warm welcome by Rui and help with our bags created an immediate good impression and this high level of service was repeated throughout our stay. The staff certainly know how to run an efficient and comfortable boutique hotel. The provided breakfasts were a great way to start the day and prepare us for lots of sightseeing and walking. Quality 4 star hotel centrally located in the hear of Baxia, Lisbon. Walking distance and access to easy public transport for all sights and attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again and would recommend in an instant.

Exceptional hotel. As indicated, we knew the rooms we little but the set up, clean / new bathrooms, extra detail - coffee in reception, free mini bar items, shutters on windows made it a great stay. Best of all, however, were the staff. Couldn't do enough for us. We will recommend this to our friends.

We stayed here as it was easy to walk to our cruise ship. It was ideal as the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was ideal for walking to see the sights.

Despite the weather in Lisbon being awful during our time there, we had a beautiful stay at the Wine Experience Hotel. It has been one of the highlights of our time in Europe.

It was an easy walk from the station. I was able to arrive early and leave my bag in the room while they were cleaning, then return in the afternoon and let myself in. The basement room was a whole apartment, there were small windows so it did not feel like a basement. Breakfast was delicious.

We stayed for four nights and loved it! The hotel itself is beautiful with big rooms and a small indoor pool and gym facilities. It’s in a really great location on the main avenue in Lisbon - we walked everywhere! Free tea and coffee is a nice touch. Highly recommend!

Great location, close to restaurants and bars, super friendly staff, beautiful hotel. Best and most comfy bedding! So nice to be able to rest and relax. In room fireplace and boutique details. Would 100% stay here again - just wish all my other hotels were the same!

Beautiful secluded spot with palace views. Private path into town was very scenic with a 20-30min walk but nice and steep on the walk back. Amazing host and dinner.
