I paid EXTRA for a nice upscaled room with a view, I was put in the dungeon, with no windows at all...outside of my room is the breakfast and otherwise eating area, they provide a nice fridge for common use... but since eating in the rooms is not allowed, there was noise till very late at night and some loud hindi family made excuses when I said what time is breakfast, I guess those sorts of folks don't care that others are not early checkout...the promised lounge is "under renovation". thankfully I had been traveling for 3 days and was exhausted so just crashed, but these loudmouths this morning, last straw...I went to complain to the front desk about not getting the room I HAD FULLY paid for in advance...then I asked about the breakfast and wondered where the halal breakfast option is, she said that is all, and so I asked if that is margarine (it was obvious) or butter, well she said margarine, so I cannot eat it as it is not halal, then I tried the fruit spread and it is SALTY>>.obviously fake also...other than that, it is a GREAT hostel for many in a room, and the location is REALLY great, close to everything and tons to do and see in walking distance.. the folks were also very nice...but they SHOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN away MY room....right? as a result not so happy, oh and even one towel has a rental fee....and finally that picture is NOT the hotel....it is of a different property nearby...oh well...
