Our twin room was lovely and cool with it's own air conditioning. The beds were very comfortable and we had an excellent sleep during our stay. The ensuite had everything we needed with toiletries provided. The buffet breakfast was complimentary and was well-stocked with a huge variety of food. There wasn't any gluten free bread (we are gluten intolerant) but there was other food we could eat. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We would stay here again when coming through Singapore.

It’s ok it’s just the when we checked in the front office staff never smiled. A friendly attitude goes a long. Approachable and with a friendly attitude makes your guest feel secure and adds comfort to a very tired customer so they will feel wants to use the facilities again. A good marketing tool to have.
