Reported issue with shower on day 1 of 4.still not fixed when we checked out. We were told shower was going to be looked at on the day. Bad communications with the man behind the reception desk. Windows were filthy could do with room renovations.

We stayed in the property for 1 night. The pool is nice and the location is good (it is right next to Bencoolen metro station and is well connected to everywhere we wanted to visit). The hotel was a little tired though

I thought the hotel was fine. Great location, experienced, friendly staff, very professional. Only complaint from me is the dirty and falling apart carpet in the hallways.

Good location with 2 MRT stations within couple of minutes walk. It's an old, historic property which gives it some character and also quite large rooms. Sometimes you notice the age of the property but this is counterbalanced by the very reasonable price by Singapore standards.
