"Best of all is the location. A few steps to the streetcar that takes you downtown in less than 20 minutes. 2 grocery stores on the block, 3 excellent places to eat within the block. Pharmacy across the street. I first had a single room which was very small and I found not too inviting. I switched to a double which had been remodeled and which was fine.
