"This was an absolute gem of a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and words cannot convey adequately how fabulous everything was. From arrival on day 1 when the reception checked in our bags early so we could explore, to the final ride to the airport in a luxury Rolls Royce it was superb. I felt we paid a very reasonable rate for the room. The room was spacious and luxury. The tub amazing and the welcome prosecco a lovely touch. The view of the square was beautiful day and night. Glazing is good so we were not disturbed by the night time festivities on the square. Breakfast was substantial, tasty and plentiful. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Wow! This property was amazing. It was so central for the Old Town and other attractions. The staff were attentive and very helpful. My room was clean and had everything I needed. Love the spa bath but would advise not to put bubble bath in it. The kitchen area was equipped well. I would recommend this property and will certainly be returning. Thank you to all the staff. A wonderful place to stay. "

"It was a lovely beautiful hotel.very comfy beds and Pillows .water could be warmer for the shower ,because it was in the centre of town and I am a tourist in Krakow I found it difficult using tram to get there but the tram or bus stops at the hotel ,if anyone using tram it’s number 5 and bus 125 gets you to the hotel from krakow glowny,can’t really comment on breakfast as did not eat there but had drinks there and the staff and receptionist are very helpful ,they even booked me a taxi very early morning .overall lovely hotel and stay."

"Location, location! On the edge of popular market square, loaded with restaurants and historical sites. Cabs and bus transportation a few yards away. Special mention to breakfast room staff. Natalya and her coworker (sorry I did not catch her name)were on top of everything every minute, and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Natalya every morning while she buzzed around the room replenishing food, removing dishes and performing general cleaning. Housekeeping should also be mentioned. Everything was spotless, and it was a pleasure to have daily cleaning in the room, as this practice has been diminished at many hotels. I did notice that most guests were my age or older, and wonder if Rezydent Hotel is classified as a "pensioners" hotel, not that it matters. Like me, I assume other guests were attracted by bargain rates."
