"We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It's in a very good location and we walked to all the visitor attractions. The hotel itself is very nice and very well looked after. Staff are pleasant and courtious but need a little training in some areas. Food is good and everything is nicely organised. Strangely a visitor cannot have a bill until its actually paid. Overall a good experience and we would stay again. "

"So pleased we chose this hotel. It’s within easy walking distance from the main station and old town main square. There is a convenient supermarket directly underneath. "Very nice place to stay right on the market square. Had a suite and it was truly amazing, and very clean just like the rest of the establishment. Example one morning after breakfast, one of the staff was cleaning the elevator to include the mirror. Staff was very nice and courteous. Breakfast was so delicious and freshly made. Ate dinner in the restaurant one night and it was amazing and again staff was great. I would stay here again if I plan to go to Krakow again. "
