I love the location it is very central close to Wawel Castle. Staff was all friendly and helpful special mention to Monika whenever we come in for breakfast she ensure to lead us to the table and offer straight away for our tea and coffeee which other staff don’t for some reason. Sheraton has been very thoughtful with the anniversary cake with Prosecco they have prepared in the room - that was a surprise- thank you. The downside was the terrible insects at the terrace restaurant it’s a shame it destroys the mood of eating and watching the city of Krakow at that best time . Overall since most employees are kind and willing to assist I find Sheraton still the best hotel .

If there were more stars to rate this hotel, I would give it more! We had a wonderful stay in Krakow, and staying at this hotel played a huge part in making everything perfect. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to suit every taste—from meat-eaters and vegetarians to those with allergies or gluten sensitivities. I would like to give a special mention to Mr. J. Singh, the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage as well as the kind and very respectful doorman, Piotr.

Hotel perfect for a city break, 10 minutes walk to the old town, hotel itself came with all the expectations of 5 star, impeccable service, deluxe double room was spotless with everything you needed for a pleasant stay, quality bed as expected from Sheraton hotels. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel had a small pool, sauna and jacuzzi which were spotless and well maintained Would stay again !
