"A fantastic hotel. Spotlessly clean, convenient, with the best reception staff you could wish for. It's the little touches we loved. The fresh homemade lemonade with sugar syrup, the little daily 'fortune' scrolls, and the free flavoured vodka in reception. The girls who worked there always welcomed us with cheery smiles and were so willing to help .. always offering to make coffee or to fetch anything we needed. They were amazing. The best reception staff I've ever come across. The room was spotless, and had a sofa (a huge bonus after a lot of walking). The breakfast was good, there is a lift, and good air-con. We will definitely go there again next time we return to Krakow."

"Lovely check in lady The revolving door is not electric which puzzled me and took a while to work it out 😁 Reasonable price for a late check out. A bit of a stroll to old town There is a huge shopping center very close with 100s of food choices and a huge supermarket And next to that is the main rail station Very convenient Hotel easy to find on arrival than trying to navigate through old town Cleaning staff lovely also"

"There is not enough words to praise the staff and management. All of them they made our stay memorable and superb. Thank so much for it. Also the card and small gift for my birthday it was a one of the kind. I travel lots and most of the time I am away on my birthday but it was first time when staff and management wished me happy birthday. I will definitely back to you on my next trip to Krakow"

"Hotel in decent location. Next to big shopping mall and train station. Around 10/15 walk to the main square. Hotel room was basic but did the job. Shower cubicle quite small, toilet also. Hotel staff were very blunt and rude at times but in general were helpful when needed. One thing missing was fridge/drinks in the room. There is free water fountain downstairs but no cups provided. There is chargeable coffee/drinks/snack machine but was mainly empty for snacks. Popped into the normal IBIS next door to this one and staff and hotel much nicer. Would rather stay there in the future."
