The staff was extremely helpful a special shout out to Olesia who helped me organize my tour to the salt mines, which was truly amazing. Great breakfast and nice grounds for walking on the property. "This hotel was exceptional, we booked a junior suite and got a very lovely upgrade to the Metropolitan suite!!!
The room was incredible, it even had a piano!!
The air-conditioning was top-notch. The bed was super comfortable and the lounge area was very relaxing.
We had complimentary water and a bottle of sparkling wine as part of our stay.
The buffet breakfast each morning had a good variety and was good quality.
The fab fusion bar was also very good value and a lot of choice. A lovely outdoor patio area in the sunshine for drinks was very relaxing after a busy day exploring the city.
