"Hotel is in the heart of Shinjuku (think Times Square in NY). Many eating options around and Shinjuku station is just a few minutes away. This is not a 'quiet spot' it is a bustling and high energy location which is what we wanted. Very exciting location."

"Our room was comfortable and clean. I appreciate that staff replenished our towels and water daily. Linens are changed every other day and that's OK. I wish they would make the beds daily though. The only criticism I have is the wifi connection. It was very hard to connect on an android phone. Hit or miss. We did not use the spa but saw plenty of people taking advantage of it. Finally, I really appreciated the free shuttle bus to haneda airport. It made the start of our journey home very easy and convenient. "

"I cant find anything less to say for this hotel, superb from the check in to the checking out. 1. convenience store at the lobby 2. clean room and linen with "kimono" robe in style 3. toiletries (all ready for you) 4. shuttle service 5. friendly staff ...too comfy in bed to have bfast, but my brother said it was delish. definitely worth coming back. We also particularly enjoyed the tea time and the tranquil outside areas on the terrace and the third floor. Additionally, there is a currency exchange machine and laundry machines are available."
