The room was great and I used the private outdoor bath many times a day. The food was beyond amazing for breakfast and dinner. They gave us so much food and it just kept coming and coming. The staff was very friendly and great. Check in and check out was fast. We were happy with the proximity to the train station we had no problem walking with our suitcases. I would stay there again if we ever comeback to Hakone.

Beautiful experience

Beautiful surroundings, tranquil atmosphere. Lovely hotel with great facilities including free bar. Staff were friendly and very helpful despite the language barrier, dining experience is truly Japanese with great food. Room was immaculately clean and spacious with good bathroom

Environment and onsen facilities are very good. Resturant staffs are very friendly and caring. We have an enjoyable experience with the hotel. The only thing i will pick on is the front desk staff when we checked in, not too friendly and have a bit of attitude.
