"FAB U LOUS hotel. Very easy from terminal 3 and well signposted. The hotel is absolutely manic in and around the reception area seemingly at all times. Lots of staff who are super helpful but they do try to push you to the self service terminals. I think because their English isn’t great. Reception are very helpful via email. Spa is excellent but you are naked so be careful when you book. Lots of good options in the hotel and the terminal itself."

"The hotel has great location (close to stations, imperial palace, good restaurants) and staff! They are always ready to help. The room had great conditions and they always kept it clean and refilled every item everyday! The hotel is awesome"
