"The front desk staff was very helpful in getting me information to catch a bus as High Speed Train tickets were sold out! Enjoyed the comfortable bed, and the coffee and water options. "Wonderful hotel for enjoying the Beitou hot sulphur springs experience. Modern Japanese style rooms have views overlooking Beitou Park. Hotel hot pools were elegant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Included breakfast tasty. Short 5 minute walk to Thermal Valley, Hot Springs Museum, and Beitou Library. Best part is the large sulphur spring bath in each room."

Taking the metro will take you very quick to the main attractions "

"The personal hot tub in the room was the best. Easy to climb in and out of for older couples. Location is next to Xinbeitou MRT so access to a supermarket, restaurants and the thermal spring all within walking distance. Breakfast was good. This was our second time staying here."
