Convenient and affordable updated facilities. It is fairly no frills but provided all essentials. Bathroom ceilings above the shower/Tubs have visible mold growth. Otherwise very clean. Bed was definitely on the firmer side but not entirely uncomfortable. Staff was always friendly and happy to assist however they can. Would definitely recommend.

Nice, would stay again

Good hotel in the suburbs of Taipei. The area is not touristic but if you want to see the real Taiwan is a nice place to stay. Metro station is just 2min away and you find plenty of places to eat. The hotel is super clean, rooms are very good size and bed is comfortable. The area is very quiet so you will have a good sleep. The staff of polite and ok. Taking the metro will take you very quick to the main attractions

The staff is superb, friendly, accommodating, and helpful for a non-Chinese speaker. They had advice on how to use the subway, pointing to a stop less than two blocks away. The room was modern and clean, if a little spartan. Ambient noise from throughout the hotel can be a bit of an annoyance (heel strikes, talking, etc.), but this was a minor inconvenience and the value of the room was worth it. I would stay here again.

Room was more spacious than expected. Fantastic bathroom! Daily cleaning and refills on snacks and coffee- Thank You! If you want your bed made, make sure that you don't leave anything on it (even clothes). Fantastic location right near the MRT and 7-Eleven. A lot of fines posted if you: put paper in toilet, dirty water dispenser with instant food, late check out... Walls are thin and can hear noise from neighboring rooms. Staff were super helpful- provided directions and even printed maps for me. Helped me with my taxi to the airport and printing out boarding pass.

Can’t flush toilet paper.

The hotel is in need of an update. The matress was old and soft. Tub and bathroom floor were dirty. Was my first time in Taiwan. I did not know that there were places where you couldn’t flush toilet paper. This hotel is one of them. I was a bit shocked when they explained to me that I was to put my post wiping toilet paper in a small trash can next to the toilet. I wouldn’t touch the trash can. It looked dirty.
