"We’ve stayed at DoubleTree hotels in many places, and they never fail to meet—if not exceed—our expectations. This DoubleTree in Ottawa was no exception. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the amenities felt thoughtfully curated. Although we initially found the room a bit warm, the staff promptly provided a large fan, which we truly appreciated."

"The gym has basic equipment, good for the purpose. Rooms were very clean with good amenities. You can virtually cook in your room if you choose to. The front desk guys were super friendly. I had a problem with the TV and they quickly changed the room for me. Breakfast was equally good. My only challenge is there's no telephones in the rooms so I had to always get down to the front desk for assistance and also that there's no onsite parking, even though there are paid parking lots around On the whole I will rate this facility 9/10. You will not regret staying there"
