"Room missing amenities. Unable to provide a stool for bath tub for handicapped. Tub too tall to get in & out. No bed side lamp & need to go to the door to turn off the light. Some staff are extra friendly & helpful. Extra large room for London ( apts converted to hotel). Missing furniture. Great location. Free breakfast for not cleaning room. One only per room. Bad insulation, next door’s voices heard. "

"Royal Garden has become my favorite place to stay in London. The rooms are so well appointed and well thought out. Every member of staff I encountered from the start of my visit to the end was kind, helpful, and accommodating. The location is incredibly convenient. Recommend completely."

"Comfortable stay, small room, hotel could definitely do with a lot of updating, don't think it has been done since the 70s,. Bedroom was small but comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful and breakfast was adequate. Selling point is definitely the location. 2 minutes walk to 2 tube stations with direct tubes to central London, but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Would stay again. "

"Location is unbearable, the rooms are spacious and the staff friendly and helpful. I had a leak in my room and they moved me immediately - with a slight upgrade - despite fixing the problem. Clean, quiet, and convenient I would stay here again. "

"The breakfast hall was quite chaotic, and we had to wait for a table. As we were a large group, this was somewhat difficult. Two members of our group arrived earlier and were given a table for two. When the rest of us arrived, we were told that we could not be given another table as we had “already been allocated one.” We then moved to a larger table so that we could all sit together, however a staff member approached us and told us off in a manner that came across as quite rude. But the concierge and other staff were just brilliant! "
