"They rate themselves as 5 star, I’ve stayed at a best western that’s far exceeds the QT Wellington. I was told by staff they have a fabulous spa. They absolutely do not I’d rate the spa, pool and gym facilities at 2.5. The excuse of covid and having less contact being the reason they don’t service the rooms daily is a total cop out. However you can request to have it cleaned if you’d prefer. If your going to do or say that at least take $ off the daily room rate. The only good thing about...
