"Had a small kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator with cookware and dishes. Room was very clean. Had a small balcony. No restaurant on site but there are options nearby. There is even a grocery store to buy water and stuff. We get very safe. They give access to a well equipped gym which was amazing. The housekeepers gave us bandaid when my daughter got hurt. I locked myself out by accident in night- the manager answered the ring and helped open my door within few minutes, even though the front office was closed. Overall great experience."

"apart from the very very very noisy staircase up to the bedroom, no staff any where when we needed them, not enough cooking utensils in the kitchen, no oven dishes so we could use the oven, we stayed 4 nights and no extra cleaning was done in that time, bed was comfortable and good shower."

"On the info it said "Park in front..." we had to park behind our rooms. It would have been easier if there was a second step leading into the room off the footpath. Good to have a games room, but not much variety of games. Our boys lost a coin in one (Table Ice Hockey) as it didn't work and couldn't find the table tennis balls. The beds were ok, but mattresses did not have much support, you could feel the base slats through the mattress. Also the mattresses were lower than the height of the bed base, making it difficult to get out of bed."

"The property was extremely unclean..I have photographic evidence and had to leave after the first night.Having four young children it was a terrible experience.We have been trying to get a refund unfortunately very unhelpful hosts.Hosts had been contacted the day we left and offered another clean.bit we had a family funeral and didn't have the time to wait around for a cleaner.There was no sheets for the sofa bed. I had to remove hairs from the pillows. The bath mats hadn't been cleaned. Walls were dirty. Kitchen cupboards hadn't been wiped grime and grease on them. "
