The room was clean, the property seemed upkeep, just odd front door and a back door and a connecting door in the closet all in one room. The air conditioner was loud and although it was on auto never turn off Just an older / odd setup.

Did not have a great day! The room was disgustingly, dirty, towels were dirty, but folded up like they were new, and the bedsheets were not clean. They had crumbs in them. The owners are very present. Seem to be an extended family. Some of them do not know any English. One knocked on the door at 9 AM when I was preparing to check-out but he wasn’t able to communicate why he disturbed me. He just stood there! Strange. It’s an old place that has been renovated somewhat. Overpriced in my opinion. But it’s December in Florida so that’s probably why. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator was not functioning until the second of my three day stay. Housekeeping services daily were excellent.
