The highlight of my stay was definitely the outdoor hot spring. Soaking in the warm water while feeling the crisp winter air and watching the snow fall from the sky was exactly the experience I had dreamed of—a truly memorable moment. However, my experience at the hotel’s restaurant was quite different. While the quality of the meat was excellent, the pricing felt unreasonable. It was a BBQ menu, yet they charged an additional 'table fee' per person. Whether this is a local custom or a specific business practice, I found it hard to understand why I had to pay extra just for a table to eat the food I ordered. It was not a pleasant experience.

夕食の焼肉はとても美味しくて朝のカレーライスも美味しく大満足　お酒 お風呂の貴重品入れの鍵と扉が古いのか使いにくいのが残念。お風呂に持って行くバックがあれば便利です。 お酒の好きな人はたくさん種類があり、楽しめそう。 部屋のベッドは快適ですが空調の音が結構、気になりました。 部屋着が伸びる素材だと　もっとリラックスできると思います。 サウナが私には暑すぎてすぐに出て来ました。 スタッフの方は皆さん丁寧で 今度は友達や子供たちが帰省した時など、また、行きたいと思っています。 部屋は畳にベッドで　スリッパなしで過ごせるのは良かったです。 お風呂はシンプルですが肌に良く、日帰りもあるようなので かき氷を食べて、割引で　寄らせてもらいます ホテルの近くに食事ができる店やカフェ、パン屋さんなどたくさんあったので ホテルのチェックイン前やアウト後にも ゆっくりできそうです。

公共交通機関を利用して定山渓まで行ったが定山渓はタクシーもなかなか走っておらず宿泊施設までの送迎バスも乗れず行きは何とかたどり着いたが帰りも歩くことになり道南バスの停留所まで遠すぎてバスに乗れなかった。 もう２度と行かない。
