The highlight of my stay was definitely the outdoor hot spring. Soaking in the warm water while feeling the crisp winter air and watching the snow fall from the sky was exactly the experience I had dreamed of—a truly memorable moment. However, my experience at the hotel’s restaurant was quite different. While the quality of the meat was excellent, the pricing felt unreasonable. It was a BBQ menu, yet they charged an additional 'table fee' per person. Whether this is a local custom or a specific business practice, I found it hard to understand why I had to pay extra just for a table to eat the food I ordered. It was not a pleasant experience.

和室にベッドがある部屋でした。とてもきれいで、ゆったりとした空間。落ち着いて過ごすことができました。 温泉も低温、通常温度の浴槽とサウナ、露天風呂と充実していて、何回も入りに行きました。

公共交通機関を利用して定山渓まで行ったが定山渓はタクシーもなかなか走っておらず宿泊施設までの送迎バスも乗れず行きは何とかたどり着いたが帰りも歩くことになり道南バスの停留所まで遠すぎてバスに乗れなかった。 もう２度と行かない。

いい宿です

元々の施設は古いですが、リフォーム後の設備は新しく使いやすくよい宿です。朝夕2回の食事もとても美味しくオススメです。

とてもお洒落で落ち着いた空間で癒されました。 夕食の焼き肉が最高に美味しかったです。 朝食は朝カレーを頂きましたが、とても美味しかったです。 雰囲気の良いラウンジで頂いたウェルカムドリンクの日本酒（国士無双）と日本酒のパンナコッタがとても美味しいかったです。

価格通りの内容

部屋のトイレの便座の蓋が汚かった。 チェックイン時間が16時と遅くロビーで３０分程度時間を潰した。部屋に入れなくてもせめてお風呂だけでも入れるように改善を望みます。ここのホテルだけでなく翠山亭チェーン全般に言えるが、白米を朝だけ炊いているのか、朝食のご飯は美味しいが、夕食のご飯ははっきり言って美味くない…お酒がリーズナブルなのは良かった

サービスの程度もちょうど良く、チェックアウトも12時と遅くてのんびり出来て良いです。 部屋の窓のサッシが開け閉めしにくいのは補修して欲しいです。
