"First I would love to say, “Thank you so much to Mr. Jaemin Jeong” He was so helpful and the most wonderful hotel receptionist we ever met. My husband lost his phone on our first Sapporo trip, and we didn’t know how to find it in a foreign country. We were in a panic. We needed someone who we could talk to about our situation and think of something we could do. We gave a try asking our hotel receptionist for help. That was Mr. Jaemin Jeong.
He tried to help us every single way he could think of under hotel employee rules. It’s too long to write the whole story. Anyway, we found my husband’s phone. Yay!! Mr. Jaemin Jeong‘s help was BIG part of it. Thank you so so much!!
Now it’s about the Royal Park Canvas-Sapporo Odori Park. The hotel is very clean and well modernly designed throughout the building. We especially love the turntable in our room with jazz records. The lounge area is like a jazz bar that you want to hang out at. All staffs are very friendly. I recommend this hotel 100%

"Lovely hotel with super staff and comfortable rooms
Very useful having the ski bus collection from the hotel lobby 👍👍
A bit if a walk to downtown but ok"
"This is a great hotel if you plan on skiing at niseko. We travelled from the U.S. and the hotel has a shuttle that will take you to Sapporo train station and the chuo bus to niseko Hirafu also stops here. So airport -> train to Sapporo -> shuttle to hotel -> great overnight stay at Prince hotel -> chuo bus to niseko for skiing in the morning "
"Everything was perfect! Our only complaint is that there is no coin laundry in the hotel. Other than that it is a very nice, clean, and amazingly convenient hotel"
"Great onsen, great breakfasts at 3 difference restaurants, great location with 7 eleven just across the street, and a short distances to metro station."
"Hotel was very close to Odori Park for the Sapporo Snow Festival. Breakfast buffet was good, staff was friendly. Washer/dryer in room very convenient. Room was nice. "
"Room was really clean, spacious, and had all the amenities plus complimentary items you'd need like water bottles each day, tea/coffee. Even had a set of toiletries if you need."
