Very nice hotel

I was really impressed by Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo. Check-in was fast and friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The location is good too, only a short walk from Sapporo Station.

Holiday in Hokkaido

I enjoyed very much staying in the hotel. The room size was good, location was convenient and breakfast was good. I stayed there for 5 nights and really enjoyed the onsen provided.

The location of this hotel is great. It is about 8 mins walk to Sapporo JR station and restaurants and shops. We stayed in a 3 persons room and each has a twin bed and are comfortable. The room feels small, a little old and the brown carpet is worn out and looks dirty.

Easy to get to from Sapporo station and Diamaru is just around the corner. Lots of eatery in the surrounding. Perfect location if you need to catch the shuttle to Rusutsu resort. Hotel is clean.

Goid convenient hotel

A well located hotel not too far from an entry to the underground shopping arcades. There are only stairs at rhat point so suitcases had to be dragged across the icy footpaths and roads to get to the station. In warmer seasons, a good choice. The info centre in the station showed a good access route getting actually out of the station which can be a confusing place!

Easy check in. We were allowed to store our luggage before check in time. Our room was clean. The only thing was the bathroom needed to be deodorized because there was a stench. The blackout shade in the room is excellent as it kept the room completely dark. Very convenient location. Train station, restaurants, and shopping were within five minutes walk.

Great service at front desk. Bags allowed to be left with hotel before check in and after check out. Basic rest/eating area offers good coffee machine with one microwave (handy for combi store food!) but does close at 11pm. Best was efficacy of hotel allowing full refund for half the nights not stayed at due flight cancellation and airport closure. refund was organised btwn expedia and entire process took under 30minutes from start of chat. very impressed.
