"Furniture is old , need some improvement "

"We really enjoyed our 5-day stay here, the hotel is centrally, located to many of the tourist attractions. I got upgraded and had access to the business lounge where they had breakfast and evening snacks which we really enjoyed. Also fell safe while walking in the night around the hotel area. "

"The pictures don’t do justice to this hotel. The hotel was excellent and very elegant it exceeded our expectations. Everything was extremely clean. The service was exceptional everywhere you went in the hotel. From reception to restaurant and all staff. Dulce and everyone at reception were extremely helpful. The rooms were thoroughly clean daily, at the end of the day it was comforting to smell how clean my room was and every part of the hotel even smelled clean. I will definitely stay here again. The pictures don't do justice prepare to be amazed by how great the hotel is. Also they offer complementary water bottles which is a plus in travel days. I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to because this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. "

"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We had a suite which was a great size with a comfortable bed and a really powerful shower. Cleaning was excellent with housekeeping normally working around your timings and not necessarily theirs. Checking in and out was also easy with the hotel in a good location lots of nearby bars, restaurants and the metro. There is also a really well equipped gym. The only negatives for me was the aircon which was a little too cold but I couldn’t seem to change it and I thought the coffee place in reception was a little expensive. It’s a shame about the pool too as it was on the shade for most of the afternoon and the day we sat out embarrassing they laid out tables for lunch overlooking the pool so as we lay on the loungers there were lots of people just staring at us. Felt a little odd. "
