Excellent hotel, very clean rooms full confortable, very well equipped, good internet and TV channels. Friendly Personel. Good restaurant with different dishes well prepared at good prices. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and a comfortable bed. I even had dinner at the bar and everything tasted amazing. Breakfast was a full buffet that had many delicious items. They even decorated for Dios Los Muertas and it was beautiful. Unfortunately, I can not give 5 stars as I left my charger lugged in. When I called that evening they said they couldn’t find it. I know exactly where it was plugged in and they were not being honest.

I arrived at the hotel and the staff were very kind during check-in. Unfortunately, my experience changed after I realized that I had lost my Gucci scarf while staying at the hotel. The scarf is not only valuable but also a sentimental birthday gift from my daughter, which makes it very meaningful to me. As soon as I noticed it was missing, I went to the front desk to report that I had lost it on the hotel property. The staff said they would try to look for it, but no lost-and-found report was taken and no information about the item was requested. The following day I returned to the desk to follow up and explained the situation again in detail. I was told they had looked around the property and in my room, but again no report was created and no contact information was requested. Before checking out, I stopped at the desk one last time and asked if they could please call me if the scarf was found. I also asked who would be responsible in a situation like this — the hotel or housekeeping — if the item was lost during my stay, but I did not receive a clear answer. I made my reservation through Expedia and I have a Gold Status , so I value professionalism and accountability when issues arise. I truly hope the hotel will contact me if the scarf is located. I am happy to provide any additional information that may help recover the item.
