"El desayuno excelente, los cuartos limpios, todos los empleados muy amables excepto por un mesero que trabajó el el restaurante japonés el martes 7 de abril 2026 , turno de la noche, que por cierto ahí me enfermé El hotel no cuenta con acondicionador para el pelo, la alberca muy chica y tiene demasiado cloro , y el aire acondicionado nunca bajó de 22 grados y fueron a arreglarlo dos veces, en otras palabras yo no volvería a este hotel especialmente con tantas opciones."

"It’s run down. Not the star rating it’s advertised as. Feels dingy, carpets are super old. Very over priced. Exposed wires under the bathroom sink. They gave us complimentary drinks which they then tried to deny. I had to get the bar manager over to finally get it fixed. I also left my jacket behind accidentally and trying to get it back has been like trying to move heaven and earth. Unresponsive staff. "

"We travel to Mexico City very often - and from here to many other interesting places in Mexico. We enjoyed our five days stay at the La Catedral hotel, in the Centro Histórico, tremendously. In fact, what this beautiful hotel offers, definitely exceeded our expectations. The architecture of this hotel is amazing; the people working here keep the hotel in excellent shape. Very important to us is always the staff in the hotels we choose to stay. All of them here at La Catedral are very welcoming, friendly, polite, helpful, efficient; in short, very professional. "Location was great, I asked prior to my arrival if they had an iron or steamer and never got a response. I am big on cleanliness and there was hair in the bathroom and on the bed. I couldn’t sleep the 3 nights I was there it was so load cause of the street and it sounded like if the windows were open. They need to upgrade there windows cause they are cheap and you hear everything. Overall I would rate it 3/5 only cause of the location. "
