Nice rooms clean and comfortable, excellent service, tasty food at restaurant and relaxing bar. Everything is superior quality. Highly recommended. And obviously the fact that is actually inside the airport makes it so easy. It is my default choice whenever I travel to or transit through Mexico City. I stayed there 20 or 25 times by now over the last 10 years and still is my preferred choice.

Very nice hotel and very helpful staff. You have everything you need in this hotel, safe transportation, good restaurant and convenient location for T2. The only issue is WiFi signal is not very strong in some of the rooms.

This was our sixth or seventh time to stay at Hotel NH in terminal 2 of the Mexico City international airport. It is incredibly convenient if you are traveling in or out of the airport, and the hotel is very comfortable with an attentive, friendly staff. There are fairly good dining options, including a nice restaurant in the hotel itself, but during our stay the food court in the terminal was undergoing renovations so we didn't have all the dining options we had enjoyed on previous visits. Nonetheless, this is a great option for air travelers in and out of Mexico City.

I traveled from Seattle to Perú with a long layover in Mexico City because I was traveling with my large dog and I wanted the trip to not be so long and stressful for him. By the time I landed in Mexico, the hotel had already reached out to me asking if I needed any special accommodations. I traveled by myself with my large dog and they provided me with a very large room, with easy access to a dog recreational area (which my the way is really large). My hotel stay experience was great, newly remodeled large room with a beautiful bathroom, a large space for my dog to de-stress, delicious restaurants (I tried 2 of them and the food quality was top notch), and the breakfast buffet was so worth it. Delicious food and plenty of different dishes as options. The staff was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Needed an airport hotel to spend the night for an early morning flight out. NH hotel worked just fine. Quiet, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and an amazing shower. They were two complications. The first was getting from terminal one at Mexico City airport to terminal two. After asking directions several times we finally managed to make it work. The Aerotrain is the best way, but you need a boarding pass for terminal two. Ours for the next morning worked just fine. Then it was a bit difficult to find the correct elevator to get up to the hotel. A couple of signs would’ve prevented the problem. As it was, there was a security person sitting by the wrong elevator, and we speculated that her job was simply to direct people to the correct elevator.

This is a very nice hotel with a great restaurant and friendly and helpful employees. My only gripe is that both times I stayed, arriving @ 9:30 in the evening, the wait to check in both times was almost 1/2 an hour.
