I stay here at least twice a year, its good to have zero travel before going home. The beds are super comfy and excellent shower. Breakfast is a wide as you can get, endless choice. Finging the elevator in T2 is always an adventure but thete now a arrow pointing to them, when you get nearby.

Everything was quite nice and checking was easy with airport wheelchair taking me right to check in station. Room was excellent and a very quiet room. Only complaint was staff would not contact Aeromexico to bring wheelchair up even when I called Aeromexico said they would. I had to pull two large suitcases and carry on across carpet floors toward elevator and finally a staff member offered an airport type of cart which worked fine. But front desk help was worthless. But a great hotel. Breakfast buffet was just so so

The hotel is well located, clean and the staff is very friendly. The problem is that they decided to have a party in the lobby that we could hear the singer inside our room. This is in the evening around 9pm. I called down to the desk and they did turn it down, but why does a hotel have an event that keeps people awake especially at an airport where people are coming and going at all hours and need their rest. They say this is a five star hotel, but this is not something a five star hotel would do.
