The location is perfect, right on La Rambla but still nice and quiet in the rooms. The staff were super friendly and really helpful, with great recommendations for dining and shopping. The New Year entertainment laid on by the hotel was amazing, creating a festive, stylish and unforgettable celebration that felt both special and effortlessly well organised. A particular mention must go to Anise, the Food and Beverage Manager, whose leadership and attention to detail were evident throughout.
