"Very nice hotel, close location both to city center and central station. Especially the dining and breakfast area was very cozy. Fresh room with comfy bed. Breakfast also really good. Only negative was glasses in the room and beer glass in restaurant wasnt properly cleaned where a white sheet of detergent was left on both."

"A peculiar find off the beaten path but worth every penny. It's a great accomodation in a tranquil spot. Especially during the summer months, when it practically turn into a open spa and chill entertaining venue. The owners are above helpful and the quality of the room and furnitures are top noth. Spacious and very personal rooms and amenities. All public places are homy and inviting. The beds are thick and dreamy..... I'll be back!"

"LOVELY simple, clean room with great view. It made me calm and the bed was nice and felt good. Loved the flowers in some of the rooms in the castle. The breakfast was ok. A bit boring. The boiled eggs icecold and the scrambled eggs made with pulver. It would have been fantastic to eat the breakfast somewhere else then the celler. But I loved this place. "

"This particular Bishops Arms feels as though it isn't quite convinced that it's a hotel. There is no reception - one engages the attention of one of the staff in the bar. Once checked in however, the room is perfectly adequate, and, as it turned out, acceptably quiet, given that there is a pub downstairs and it was a weekend. Breakfast is fine (can't speak for the cooked food as we didn't sample it). There is carparking, but it isn't free. "
