Really lovely smaller hotel, clean, friendly and very happy about tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast was delicious too.

Trevligt hotell i lite äldre design.

Trevligt hotell. Vid ankomst så checkar man in själv. Fanns dock en personal på plats så man kunde fråga och få hjälp. Annars är hotellet obemmannat. Rummet var rent, lite äldre design på rummet, att de behållit, man ska få känslan av hur orginalet var. Skön säng. Rummet var rätt varmt, men fanns ett litet vädringsfönster iaf. Kan tänka mig, att på sommaren blir rummen väldigt varma. Läget på hotellet är bra och väldigt centralt. Frukosten var helt ok. Basic, det man behöver fanns.

Bra och enkelt i Västerås

Lite förvirring kring frukost och incheckning eftersom man tydligen har bytt upplägg sedan bokningen gjordes. Ingen reception, bara en automat för incheckning (funkade bra). Vid behov kan man kontakta Plaza en bit bort. Frukosten erbjöd vad man kan förvänta sig av ett hyggligt hotell. Rummet var rent och sängen var skön. Inga konstigheter. Centralt, nära många restauranger.
