Historic and grandiose Hotel with greate for money

Beautiful and comfortable hotel im historic settings. Friendly staff, and impressive jugend style building with grand staircase and chandeliers in the oldest parts, and a cool retro style in the part from the 60's. Luxury for very reasonable rates. Extensive breakfast buffet in spacious historical rooms. One of our rooms was a birthday gift, and we were given an upgrade, which made the stay a memorable experience. We highly recommend this hotel.

I liked this hotel , it's in central position, it's a beautiful hotel, good and rich breakfast. Only little things , we didn't find bathrobes and slippers. But we saw them for others rooms. I don't like different treatments between customers , in the same hotel.

Rum 302.

Rum 302. Receptionen var gömd bakom en svart dörr, och vi samt andra fick ropa efter personalen för att få hjälp. Tyvärr hade vi otur – det pågick underhållsarbete i fastigheten, och redan kl. 08:30 hördes tydliga hammarslag, vilket gjorde det svårt att sova ut. I övrigt var rummet fint och sängen kändes lyxig.

4:de gången i Västerås, vi återkommer

Nära till det mesta. Trevlig byggnad känns genuin. Kan nämnas att många ställen har väldigt högt pris, Hattbaren nere vid ån tog 175 kr för ett glas vin. Annars finns det trevliga båtturer att tillgå nerifrånhamnen.

Välkomnande och bekvämt i sommarvärmen

Hemfärd från sommarstugan i Tiveden med övernattning på Stadshotellet i Västerås. Alltid lika trevligt och välkomnande. Sköna sängar, god frukost och ett gott bemötande. Väldigt varmt! Men klimatet är svårt att påverka. Fläktarna fungerade väl och gav svalka.

Väldigt fint hotell och jättetrevlig personal. Perfekt centralt läge. Frukosten hade allt att önska. Men rummet var jättevarmt! Det stod en golvfläkt i rummet men den lät ganska högt så den gick inte att ha på hela natten. Ganska lyhört från korridor, grannar och uteliv.

Härlig vistelse med trevlig frukost!

Hotellet var väldigt bra, vi bodde i ett rum mot domkyrkan och där var det lugnt vilket var skönt då det var stadsfest i stan. Det enda som var lite dåligt var trycket i duschen.

Ett njutbart avbrott på resan

Hemresan från vårt sommarställe bryts av med en hotellnatt och en frukost på Elite Stadshotell i Västerås. Vi kör inte hela vägen, då vi numera inte kan bytas vid på grund av min mans rörelsehinder sedan drygt två år tillbaka. Bra säng, god service och tillmötesgående personal!
