Nice stay!

Very nice hotel, close location both to city center and central station. Especially the dining and breakfast area was very cozy. Fresh room with comfy bed. Breakfast also really good. Only negative was glasses in the room and beer glass in restaurant wasnt properly cleaned where a white sheet of detergent was left on both.

I found the hotel middle of the city centre only 3 minutes walk. The price was very good, especially in this hard challenging time. I love the breakfast and the staff all were beautiful lovely and friendly. I can't fault this hotel at all. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and will book it again in future every time I travel to Vasteras from London.

Vi var inte på hotellet under dagen, men på kvällen för ta sista drycken kändes mysigt. Angående frukost var helt ok om man tänker på priset man betalar för natten.

Toppläge och mycket trevlig personal. Trevlig lobby/frukostdel och plus för att det finns en terrass att sitta på när vädret tillåter. Sköna sängar men rummen börjar bli lite slitna. Smidigt med parkering på baksidan av byggnaden.

Trevlig vistelse

Vistelsen var bra. Hotellet är lite lyhörd, man hör väldigt mycket av gatan utanför. Personalen är väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Bra frukost med tillräckligt med val. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma när vi kom till frukosten med våran lilla dotter på två år, de frågade direkt om vi ville ha en barnstol och gick och hämtade den. Trevligt att de har en liten utedel av restaurangen där man kan sitta och äta frukost.

Vår vistelse på hotell Arkad var i det närmaste perfekt. Personalen var outstanding, så serviceinriktade, alltid glada och hjälpsamma. Vi fick ett positivt gensvar vad vi än frågade eller bad om. Vi är så nöjda, kommer åter. En av oss dricker alkoholfritt, jag tipsade om ytterligare ett vin (mousserande) ni kunde ha, vinet heter Rickard Juhlin och är väldigt omtyckt.

Supermysigt hotell med bra läge. Familjesviten var mycket rymlig och bra! Nackdel att det inte alls gick att få mörkt i sovrummet, samt att det var gamla fönster där ljud utifrån hördes väl. Finns heller ingen hiss på hotellet. Frukosten var mycket bra!!
