"Five stars simply do not do this resort justice. I booked a special 55th wedding anniversary getaway for my parents at Sanibel Island Beach Resort, and the experience was magnificent from start to finish. The level of customer service, from the moment I made the initial reservation until my parents checked out, was truly top-notch. I have never encountered a hotel with better communication—they were proactive, clear, and operated from a consistent "place of yes." It is clear the entire staff genuinely cares about their guests. The property itself is brand new with outstanding, modern accommodations. Beyond the rooms, the resort offers excellent on-site dining and a beautiful pool area and is right on the beach. The team went above and beyond to make my parents' anniversary special, even providing thoughtful recognition with complimentary champagne and sweets. Make the reservation—you absolutely will not regret it."

"Room was amazing! Their video on their site is pre Hurricane Ian so don’t expect it to be like that ! Lots of devistation but they are working to bring it back. Most staff was nice , the front office staff were snotty and not helpful at !! Location on the beach is amazing! Sanibel / Captiva have captured my heart and I can’t wait to return. I’d stay there again . "

"Extra amenities were available upon request. Housekeeping is available upon request. Check in was easy and information about The Palmview Inn and Sanibel were available. We were within walking distance to the beach and a convenience shop. Traffic is not busy at this stay. It feels very private as it is a cottage with outside sitting and gathering. Washer and dryer is available and accessible. We loved our stay. "

"We had a fantastic stay here!! Rooms were nice. It was off season which meant a lot of quiet days. The pool was always clean and the staff was excellent. Hannah took care of us poolside as well as at dauntes . "
