From the location, it's beautiful beaches, the resort amenities (under construction/rehab from recent hurricanes, but still), the property itself and the staff. All wonderful. "We were so happy with our stay at Sanibel! The condo was clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pool was very nice and it was just a few steps from the beach. The owner suggested where we could rent bikes, which was important to us. The bike trails on Sanibel are so nice. Last September we stayed in a hotel on Captiva. It was just a room. For a lot less mony, we stayed in the condo. We loved every minute of our stay!"

"The condo is beautifully updated and decorated. It was in a great location with an easy and short walk to the beach and a quick drive into an area with shops and restaurants. The owner was always available to assist and had items delivered via Amazon when I inquired about them. The owner provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels which were nice to have ready to go to enjoy the beach. We had a lovely stay in this Condo. "
