"The hotel is beautiful and staff are so amazing. The only issue I had was the bathroom for ocean view room is very small. Also, ocean view room has a small window and on the side of the room. "

"Good ok but def not great. Hotel breakfast is not good and pricey. Never any hot water to shower unless late at night and even at that not by steamy hot just warm. "

"We had a short family trip for 5 days. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a variety of continental food. The pool is great for kids with the small water park including a bucket I enjoyed that. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who travel and wants to stay in the city. The free shuttle to old San Juan, the Beach and T-Mobile area was the icing on the top."

"Was very nice in general. Im stayed one night for working activity, so, i can't use pool. But thexareas into and out hotel are very nice, ckean and update. Have many good ambience spaces to seat and share. The breakfast was great and a good price. What i didn't like was: in the room i can hear all the cars noise. So, the cristal door not adequate. Other claim is that parking its not included in price and don't told me after check out. About parking too, is that jave to give a round for have...
