"Would not recommend this property or hotel. It’s a two star hotel at best. Housekeeping was a nightmare. Linens and sheets were bad quality. Doors slamming day and night as there are no closers on them. Thin walls and vents so you can hear your neighbors talking or doing other things. Food was all right. Pool is small and only has five seats. Area was not great as it was all cruise ship passengers and you need to walk up into old San Juan. Would not recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing, enjoyable stay. If you want a up at dawn, chaotic, and poor quality experience at a 4-star hotel price this is the place for you. "

"Beautiful looking hotel but the looks deceive the actual condition of the rooms. Cheap construction materials used. The stove did not work (& others I spoke to said the same). Location was misleading as well. However the staff was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. We wanted to take the golf cart to the other side of San Juan & walk back from there but there were never enough employees available to take anyone anywhere. And lastly when it said walk to cruise port - make sure it’s the port you are departing from as they cannot drive to Pan Am ports."

"I had to wait until 4pm to get my room but when I was able to I found it still not made up from the last guest which should not happen. They got it cleaned asap and gave me a discount for the issue. Yes the bar was a good perk."

"The apartment was clean and had all the basic necessities that were needed. Unfortunately, the stove top did not work, and there was no other way to heat food up, and there was no remote to use or access usage of the television."

"Couldn’t check in until 1.5 hours after I was supposed to. They don’t tell you anything so it was hard to find the parking and anything else we needed. Wouldn’t stay there again, but it could’ve been worse "
