"The room itself was nice, although there was a noticeable damp smell. My first few nights were great, but then a group of girls checked into the room next to me, and the soundproofing became a major issue. I could literally hear everything—from their normal conversations and footsteps in heels to their music. It often felt like they were in the room with me. Another frustrating issue was my credit card being repeatedly charged. For about three days, I would wake up to several charges from the hotel. When I spoke with the front desk, they couldn't see the charges on their end and said a manager would look into it, but I never received an update. Thankfully, the charges eventually disappeared from pending, so I didn't have to involve my credit card company. One other thing to be aware of is housekeeping. Be careful about leaving personal items out, as some things may be thrown away when they are reorganizing or cleaning the room. Overall, the room was nice, but the noise issue and billing situation were frustrating."

"There was no hot water in the showers but there is also a drought so I don't blame the hotel. You have to park in a lot so that might get pricey for longer trips"

"Overall, definitely enjoyed our stay here. The bedroom was the only room with AC but it worked so well and we were just happy to get inside from the heat. Shower was a tiny bit grimy and there was a slight funky kitchen smell but other than that you couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. At the front desk everyone was super nice and very eager to help. Also a PERFECT location, close enough to walk to grocery store, bars, restaurants, etc. The location alone made me want to rate everything higher!"
