"It’s a 5-minute shuttle from SJC but very quiet (especially Sun, Mon, Tue per staff). I was in the lobby early for my 4:30 a.m. shuttle and the driver took me over, returning to make a second trip with another guest. My room had fridge, which was handy. The front desk person was courteous and welcoming."

"The transport was terrible, we missed our flight but were lucky enough to find a spirit airline associate to rebook our flight for free the following day. Our return flight was delayed but a good flight, then had to wait an hour and a half for the shuttle from the embassy suite hotel parking to pick us up. We were tired after a four hour delay then having to wait that long to get to our car was very disappointing to say the least. The driver blamed traffic. Traffic at 7:30-9:00pm isn’t that bad. Other hotel shuttles had come and gone. Some twice. Don’t know what the problem was but totally unacceptable. "

"I enjoyed the convience of the location. Right in the center of downtown near many shops, good eats, bars, & lounges. The property itself was beautifully decorated, clean, & has amazing views. They suggest vallet parking however i parked in public parking lot overnight & lyft throughout the city. "
