"This trip to the Westin San Jose was great, really nice place. The shower was amazing, rainfall shower head and it got hot quickly. The staff is very helpful. But there are a few things they could do better on. 1 - This is such a fancy hotel, why do they skimp on their toilet paper? Most everything else was first class, but why use TP that I is worse than what you will find in the bathroom at a gas station. 2 - They don't tell you about pet fees and "mandatory" valet parking. It's been a few years since we had an occasion to stay at the hotel, but it's been a part of our relationship since 2003 when we had our engagement celebration dinner at La Pastaia which we miss a lot!
