When we arrived (the door was not locked) residence was trashed--garbage everywhere. Nothing cleaned. No one in site. VRBO did send a cleaning squad as soon as they could and paid for our dinner out while the home was cleaned. But the arrival left a bad impression."

"It was my 70th birthday and we booked two suites. Check in was a breeze - they allowed us to the rooms early, made sure the rooms were next to each other, carried our luggage to our rooms. I couldn't be happer with the selection and will definitely recommend. The only thing was being able to let people know where we were staying. Having the name Sonesta Suites would have been helpful to help our friends find the location."

"This accommodated our family of 3 couples and 3 single adults fairly well. Each bedroom had its own bathroom but those who slept on the sleeper sofa had to share a bathroom. It would work better for not all adults. They charged for parking for each room, but credited us for one when we complained of a non-working coffee maker. The kitchens were very nice and well equipped, and they had a great full, hot breakfast and pleasant dining areas inside and out."

"Vikash is a conscientious owner & communicates well with his guests unintrusively. Extra toilet paper & paper towels were provided. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes & glasses. Vikash kindly let us check in early. The house was extremely clean including kitchen & showers. The outdoor back yard is roomy & we spent a lot of time out there. "This charming home is located in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe and secure. We easily traveled from the house to Stanford via Lyft daily.
