Villa #20 is located on the quiet prestigious North Bluff within the Seascape Resort in Aptos. Close to championship golfing, great shopping, restaurants and a few steps away from one of the best beaches on the West Coast. Top floor, so no one above you, close enough to the pool and hot tub to capture a corner view while enjoying the Ocean View both to the south and the north of beautiful Monterey Bay.

Enjoy the beautiful Ocean view, spectacular sunsets the sound of the surf, and pure relaxation from either of the 2 private balconies while sipping on your favorite beverage,

Cozy up next to the fireplace after a relaxing day enjoying the many amenities this Resort and the surrounding areas have to offer.

This Villa includes:
On the first floor: Fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances (in case you feel like cooking) the dining area is large enough to comfortably seat 6, plus a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, a corner gas burning fireplace to cozy up to, a comfortable queen size sofa sleeper, new laminate flooring on the first floor, flat screen TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi access, a Blue-tooth stereo player so you can connect to Pandora or your favorite music and listen thru built in ceiling speakers. plus a new Weber BBQ. and 1/2 bath.

2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 1 Master Suite with balcony, (you can leave your sliding door open to enjoy the sounds of the surf, and the soft ocean breeze) plus a large second bedroom , both with comfy new king size mattresses, carpeting on the floors of the bedrooms and stairs, each bedroom has it's own private full bath with tile floors, TVs and DVD players.
Washer and Dryer are also located on the 2nd floor.

Cathedral ceilings add to the ambiance.

All decorated in a comfortable beach decor.

Challenge your friends to a round of golf at the Seascape Golf Course, a PGA rated 18 hole course located just around the corner.
Or... take a walk down the meandering path to the beach and let the soft sand massage your feet as you walk along the coastline of the Monterey Bay.
You also have access to the fitness facility check on cost per day per person, paid when you check in at the fitness club.

This is a privately owned Villa. Food service delivery from Sanderlings Restaurant is not available, nor are the beach fires provided by the Resort or cart rides to the beach. North Bluff pool & hot tub are available for your use.

This was a great property and had everything you need. Very Clean and well taken care of. I will definitely book again! The only problem was a delay at check in as housekeeping was running about an hour behind, but it was such a beautiful day to explore the property I didn't mind.

Wonderful stay at Sue's property. It was a rainy stay, but enjoyed the fireplace, view of the Pacific and heated pool and spa. Beautiful Seascape Condo

We could not ask for a more beautiful, clean, cutely decorated vacation condo. It was equipped with everything we needed and then some. We loved the view off the balconies overlooking the pool. The beds were so comfortable and walk to the beach was just a short beautiful hike away. We had the most wonderful view of the ocean. The sunsets were spectacular and deers in the distance were such a great bonus. I can’t wait to come back again…
