It feels like Valentina has thought of everything to make this a perfect place to stay in Lucca. Valentina’s communication, kindness and knowledge of the area were amazing. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and the communal kitchen includes a water dispenser offering still and sparkling, free coffee and snacks as well as an incredible view over the amphitheater of Lucca. Absolutely spotlessly clean and beautifully and stylishly renovated. We really loved this room. It was a short walk one way to the tower and 4 minutes walk the other way to lots of cool restaurants, shops and bars. Perfectly central to everything you’d need. Luisa was a great, kind and very supportive host with lots valuable local information. We really enjoyed our Pisa experience here and our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Thoroughly recommend!!

During our stay my wife had medical situation, she had back pain and could not move at all. Hotel staff strongly suggested us go to see the doctor immediately, which is Sunday morning the most un-convenient time, therefore hotel staff called the ambulance went to the emergency department of local hospital. They also gave us a room for 2 extra days so my wife had complete rest to helping her recovery.
